Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations will be charged 20% of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price.

Appointments will be held for 10 minutes. After this grace period, the appointment may be considered a no-show and could be given away. If you are running late, please notify us; we will do our best to accommodate you while ensuring adequate time for all clients.

Please be courteous to other clients by arriving on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, depending on availability.

We are not responsible for any personal items left behind.

Gel Lacquer & Nail Art Policy
If your gel lacquer chips within 5 days, please return for a fix. Refunds or credits are not provided for clients who simply change their minds.

For nail art, if you are unsatisfied, please notify us immediately after the service. Once you leave the salon, it is assumed you are satisfied with the results.

We are not responsible for any breaking or lifting after the 5-day fixing period. After this, repairs will be charged at $5 per nail for replacement or chipping fixes.

Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be given in cash or via Venmo.

Payment Policy
All appointments of $80 or more require a major credit card to hold the booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Venmo.
