Covid -19 Requirements

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations will be billed at 20% and no-shows will be billed for 50% of your scheduled services.

Appointments will be held for 10 minutes. After this grace period, we consider this as no-show and your appointment may be given away. If you are running late, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you as we are trying to ensure enough time for your service.

Please be courteous of others and arrive on time. In the event that you cannot, please call in advance. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointed slot may be given to another client and will be considered a no-show. Or your service may be shortened if you’re appointed slot has not been taken.

We are not responsible for any items left behind

If gel lacquer chips within 5 days , please come in for fixing. We wont offer any refund or credit note because you have simply change your mind. 

For nails art , if you are unsatisfied with the results , provided that you tell us immediately after we performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. As soon as you have walked out the salon that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided. 

We will not be responsible for any breaking, lifting . we will redo with cost after  5 days fixing policy . ( $5/nail  replacement or fixing chipping ) 

Gratuities in cash or Venmo are greatly appreciated

All appointment services of $50 or more require a major credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card or Venmo
